An integral part of the Staging Process is analysis and planning. After a thorough walk through the Lilly team brainstorms a creative solution for
your home.  The plan outlines Lilly’s Staging recommendations covering all the details, including repairs, landscaping and step-by-step,
curb-to-closet, room-by-room  suggestions that will make your property stand out in a crowded market. In addition, if your home requires furniture
and other accessories we will identify those needs. We utilize the Lilly Staging Plan as our primary tool to coordinate and manage each project.


Furniture Rental and Purchase

Furniture and accessories are often necessary and are available to rent and also to buy. To create the “Lilly Style” we often incorporate furniture, artwork and accessories from our extensive inventory.
